GrayFace's Patch adds some features (like showing Attack Speed in numbers, adding mouselook etc.), but game is playable fine without that. MM6 original is very polished game. All quests can be completed, there are no crashes or slowdowns, it is an outstanding example of good, polished and optimized game on its own.
